This is the 2nd house in the past year that I have purchased through Venus. Cant imaging experiencing a purchase without her. She is the ultimate goat. Reliable, knowledgeable, always accessible, and thinks ahead. Has a contact for every field, (ins, painting, survey, pool repair, landscappers, gutters etc.) She leaves you with a diary of what to do next such as...turn on water etc. I even used her to check the work of my other realtor in chicago who is presently selling another house for me. Cant go wrong if you use Venus.
